本網站由獨立銀飾品牌 LOTUS EATER（食蓮人）經營，為你個人資料的管理者。
候位／訂閱：你填表時提供的電子郵件，以及你選填的稱呼。
站內問答（歐邁、阿爾戈斯、入池）：你輸入的對話內容可能被匿名記錄，僅用於改善服務與創作發想，不與你的身分連結。
訂購與出貨：你下單時，完成訂單與寄送所需的資料，例如姓名、聯絡方式、收件地址、社群帳號。

我們只在下列依據下使用你的個人資料：
履行與你的訂單（為製作與寄送你的作品）；
經你同意（候位、訂閱、接單開窗通知）；
維持品牌正常營運的正當需要（例如必要的客服與紀錄）。
期間：至上述目的消失，或你要求停止使用、刪除為止。
地區：你的資料主要在台灣處理。若你身處台灣以外，下單即表示你了解資料將傳輸至台灣並於台灣儲存，我們以本政策的標準保護它。
對象：原則上僅限本品牌本人；為完成出貨，必要時提供給物流或超商取貨服務。
方式：以電子檔安全保存，必要時以紙本處理。我們絕不販售、出租你的資料，也不會用於上述目的以外的用途。
不論你身在何處，你可隨時就自己的個人資料向我們請求：查詢閱覽或取得複製本、補充或更正、刪除、停止或限制蒐集處理利用、反對特定利用、取得可攜的資料副本，以及隨時撤回先前的同意（不影響撤回前已進行的處理）。你也有權向所在地的個人資料保護主管機關提出申訴。
是否提供個人資料由你自由決定；但若不提供完成訂單或出貨所必要的資料，我們可能無法為你處理訂購或出貨。行銷與通知訊息，你可隨時告知我們取消。
我們採取合理且必要的措施保護你的個人資料，避免外洩、竄改或不當使用；當資料已無保存必要，會予以刪除。
本網站與作品非以未滿 16 歲者為對象，我們不會在知情下蒐集其個人資料。

When you share your contact details — even your home address — with us, that is an act of trust. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you hold at any time. Whether you are in Taiwan or abroad, we protect your data to the same standard.
This website is operated by the independent silver-jewellery brand LOTUS EATER. The brand is the controller of your personal data.
Waitlist / subscription: the email address you provide (and a name, if you choose to give one).
On-site Q&A (our chat and recommendation features): the messages you type may be logged anonymously, used only to improve the service and inspire new work, and never linked to your identity.
Orders & shipping: when you place an order, the information needed to complete and ship it — such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and social handle.
Browsing: necessary connection logs to keep the site running. This is a static website and does not run advertising trackers.
We use your personal data only:
to fulfil your order (to make and ship your work);
with your consent (waitlist, subscription, order-window notices);
for the legitimate needs of running the brand (such as necessary customer service and records).
Duration: until these purposes no longer apply, or until you ask us to stop using or to delete your data.
Region: your data is primarily processed in Taiwan. If you are outside Taiwan, by placing an order you understand that your data will be transferred to and stored in Taiwan, protected to the standard set out in this policy.
Recipients: in principle, the brand only; where necessary for delivery, shared with couriers or pickup services.
Method: stored securely in digital form (and on paper where necessary). We never sell or rent your data, or use it for any purpose beyond those stated above.
Wherever you are, you may at any time ask us to: access or obtain a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; stop or restrict its collection, processing, or use; object to a particular use; obtain a portable copy; or withdraw a consent you previously gave (without affecting processing already carried out). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live.
Providing your personal data is voluntary; but if you do not provide what is necessary to complete an order or shipment, we may be unable to process it. You can ask us to stop sending marketing and notifications at any time.
We take reasonable and necessary measures to protect your personal data against leakage, alteration, or misuse, and delete it once it is no longer needed.
This website and our work are not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
